Doctors gave incorrect medical advice, causing a long term and life changing experience - two years later, specialists say they might never be able to be rectify the injury even with surgery, and all because a Doctor at millfield surgery didn’t bother to perform an examination nor call an ambulance for the emergency medical treatment I needed!
When doctors were asked for an apology, Doctors denied and dismissed my formal complaint- my medical records were incorrect or altered - Doctors lied about which Doctors I saw for appointments!
I was a long term patient at Millfield surgery, I frequently suffered nosy, self conceited receptionist staff, and a dismissive condescending manner which constantly caused me to feel uncomfortable...
after moving to a new doctors practice, I am surprised to find a wonderful caring service, with receptionist staff and doctors who genuinely care, which I NEVER had from Millfield surgery!By adrianwood, January 13, 2020
